Moon to Marsland (' 4)
Take this trip with Frank, Hoori and their sons Sunny and Anil. They would espe- cially welcome you to their booth if you were in the Phil- lipines in 1992 when the Volca- no Pinatuba erupted. If you were a member of the armed services that served at the bases in South Korea, Guam, Okinawa or Ho- nolulu, please stop by to say hello to Frank, he always has a
big warm smile.
Entering their booth you can actually feel history, Pick up an artifact, talk to Frank about it, let him take you on a journey. Not from the Moon to Mars but from ancient to modern times.
Pinatubo Volcano Erupting
In June 1991 the Pinatubo Volcano erupted after 600 years of silence. The personnel (16,000) from Clark Air Force Base evacuated to Subic Naval Base about an hours drive away. Then in 1992 both bases were closed.
He came to the United States
in 1976 and established a new
base of operations and began
to do gift shows. New country,
new name. MARSLAND
reaching even further than
the MOON. He Started
with the Navy Pier show in
Chicago and spread across the
country. In 1993 he met “Bob” Schabilion, in Tucson, the
founder of Gem & Lapidary Wholesalers better known as
G&LW in Tucson. This began a long 25 year relationship of bringing “Out of this world” items to Tucson and other G&LW Shows!
The Bhawnani Family
During the March Livonia show, you can see Marsland in the Atrium at Booth 22. Take a minute to stop by and say hello!
