A current and valid Sales Tax License or Tax Certificate or Sales and Use Tax Permit in the Gem or Jewelry related business is required.

The following policy applies to all customers of the G&LW shows, who include but are not limited to Exhibitors and Visitors. G&LW reserves the right to modify its privacy policy at any time. Information gathered is considered professional information and will be used for G&LW’s statistical analysis and for general information furnished to G&LW exhibitors.

Attendee agrees to hold G&LW harmless from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, liability, loss, cost, attorney fees and expenses of whatever kind or nature, which arise out of a result from attending or participating in the G&LW trade shows, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitations, personal injuries to attendee or his/her invitees.
